It is constructed of 2 inch powder coated steel tubing for maximum rust protection and durability. The bike clamp feature rubber pads to protect your bikes finish. The carrier comes with 2 keys for the locking mechanism. Fits wheel offsets from 2-5/8 to 6 inch.
