The Brawler Lite front bumper for JK is a grille-width, high clearance bumper designed to combine hard core off-road performance with full features. This bumper is fabricated from 3/16 plate steel, CNC laser-cut and brake-formed into a low profile, high clearance design. The ends of the bumper extend far enough to protect the lower corner of the JK grille. This product is finished in black with Poison Spyders proprietary SpyderShell Armor Coat process. The Brawler Bar is a low-profile stinger designed to provide protection to the winch, grille and radiator area. It is made of CNC laser-notched, NC-bent 7/4 diameter 0.120 wall DOM tubing. The complex laser-cut notch allows the Brawler Bar to be welded to 2 different planes on the surface of the bumper, providing strength. 2 gusset styles are offered for strengthening the Brawler Bar. CNC laser-cut brake-formed 3/16 plate steel or CNC laser notched DOM tubing. The Brawler Lite bumper can be mounted without cutting or altering the Jeeps frame rails. The faceted design of the Brawler Lite provides the best ground clearance and approach angle in a bumper that doesnt require frame modifications. Brawler Lite comes with built-in, recessed fog lamp mounts that are designed to easily accept your stock fog lamps. They are recessed in a bucket made of a full tubular section to encircle the lamp and keep light from leaking behind and around the bumper. The Brawler Lites top-mounted, integrated winch mount is part of the fully boxed, internally gusseted bumper shell. The Brawler Lite is designed to accept most Warn and other brand winches that use the popular 10 X 9/2 mounting pattern. The Recovery Shackle Tabs are angle to provide maximum approach angle. They are CNC machined from 1 thick steel billet, designed to accept our heavy duty 3/4 Recovery Shackles.
